I came out of the gates running. I thought to myself, "this tech is going to change the world". I've been doing my research, scooping up coins, learning about digital wallets, paper wallets, listening to podcasts, getting into ICO's, Private keys, public addresses, starting to blog on steemit... I gotta tell ya, I'm beginning to burnout.
Great ideas & concepts are everywhere. Folks are throwing money @ great concepts but in the end who will execute? This is still all so new & everyone is so excited but in the end folks are gonna want to see results / working platforms.
I'm starting to realize that logic, common sense & most of all patience are all virtues in this crazy market. Sticking to the basics is most important for me. I Invest in companies I believe in. Not to be Cliche but I can NOT INVEST MORE THAN I CAN AFFORD TO LOSE. There will be sale days & I always wanna leave some money aside to pay bills or buy up those tokens that were once out of my price range.
Blockchain Technology is definitely a game changer but the rules of business still apply. So remember to ask yourself, what exactly does this token & company realistically bring to the table? I'd like to start a conversation on this thread about solid investments, realistic & usable platforms.
I'm extremely optimistic about the possible life altering use cases for blockchain but I'm burnt out. My goal here is to exchange information with like minded folks that are more interested in the long game rather than the short get rich quick game. Thanks
Even if your are burning out keep an eye on the market.Being able to react quickly and invest in the market can be realy meaningful skill.I am still very to this,im still doing my research and i want to be ready before the next big wave
I like it and agree. Check out something called the Exodus wallet. It is a multi-asset wallet that keeps adding assets you can store there. It has shapeshift incorperated into it so it makes it easy to trade assest the wallet supports. Since I have used it it has expanded from 5 to 10 coins and adds more daily. The trick here is that it adds the coins that have the highest potential to be successful . It might not always get it right but I like their choices.
Coins i think have really value are SJCX which is a storage sharing platform.... renting out your unused storage capacity and renting others storage..... Steemit will only get better and better as a social netwokring forum..... and last but not least Lightcoin.... Lightcoin has remained strong throughout this down turn and for good reason. Big players are looking at it as a replacement or little brother for bitcoin. The transaction speeds are lightening fast and some of the core developers have returned to make it even better. These are the who is who of the industry.
Thanks so much for the info!
Can so relate. There is a huge learning curve here that can be overwhelming. Have figured out a few things, it is a slow process. The good thing is that right now time is my biggest investment. With the dog days of summer it helps keep my mind occupied. Regards. 🐓🐓
i love this post, this sums up my position exactly, i am still stumbling about trying to set up an exchange account and some days i am pedal to the medal and then some days i realize that i really dont understand enough about buying and more importantly selling these coins, i might have made a fortune on eth if i could have gotten an account open but the lag time and restricions are pretty confusing and if you loose your password it all over, exicting and scary at the same time. but trying to keep up with coin walletts and exchange password, geez i have half of a note book filled up and havent even bought anything yet.
