The possibilities are limitless. There may still be wages but soon they will all be blockchain-based. Proof of work may literally be that, for whatever amount of work rendered, whether legal, education, manufacturing, it is compensated accordingly. You won't have to worry about co-workers that spend 3 hours on breaks and still get paid the same or higher wages.
