This looks like a solid idea. Particularly in wake of upcoming hype on SEC decisions. Nothing is confirmed but if that goes through, then ideas like MOBU would the hot thing that would be the order of the day.
The other scenario could be that things don't go our way and decisions are delayed further and further, then this idea would take much longer to reach its potential.
