Thats quite some innovation. Real estate is a lucrative sector and am sure the value of BBK will star skyrocketing once it hits the exchanges. Secondly, just noticed many Altcoins are finalizing on infrastructure devs and releasing their real world usr case models. I think 2018 is an exciting year for cryptos. What stuck out in this project to me is the core idea of asset tokenization and a platform for token exchange. Although you mentioned only a few asset classes in post and I am not sure if they plan grow beyond that, but the idea in on itself should be scaleable. Even if it is not then the asset classes already mentioned occupy billions/trillions of dollars of market space.
Even in all this they have chosen to provide a fiat payment gateway, therefore they would be subjected to greater scrutiny and thus can be relied to stand their for a longer time. In hundreds of project ideas out there, very few projects are choosing to provide a fiat payment gateway, that would allow new users in crypto space being able to directly access the token without going through the hassle of buying Bitcoin/Ethereum from a third party platform then exchanging Brickblock for tokens.
