As I am writing this blog post, the Malaysian General Election 14 is coming to an end .... if you did not make it on time, your voice will not be heard / counted (pun intended)!
Coincidentally, I am finishing reading this "BLOCKCHAIN REVOLUTION" (by Don Tapscott and Alex Tapscott).... I am really inspired to "intellectualize" how the Blockchain Technology will come in beautifully for organizing and implementing election in general (not specifically in Malaysia) , with all the desired features incorporated: decentralized, transparent, integrity / no hacking, permanent records, anonymity .... etc., etc. all made possible by the designed algorithm / mathematics.
There is also the KYC (know your customer) features imposed by the exchange, preventing existence of phantom personality and really knowing the "customers".
There is also such thing as "no double spending" feature, ensuring "one-man-one-vote" via so called "proof of work" mining by all interested and conscientious parties over the networked computers.
Finally, the AML (anti-money- laundering) feature imposed by the exchange will do away with money-politics, hopefully.
I am no expert in Blockchain Technology......This is my own "intellectualization", what do you think of this "intellectualization"?
I will be eagerly awaiting the outcome of the Malaysia General Election 14..... I will be staying up late, doing more dreaming and intellectualization .... How about you?
