With the changes being made to the blockchain, both beneficial and not, we must show patience. This is what I tell myself as I log in each day. These changes are both with blockchain development and personal interactions.
Each day we are being met with changes. We are seeing new accounts coming onboard and older accounts leaving. We are seeing new sites and apps being created to connect to the blockchain in different ways. We are also met with different personalities and attitudes towards the world.
All of this just is, and we must choose to show patience. As the price of Steem hovers lower than three dollars, but speculation keeps saying it is going to go up, we must show patience.
Accounts
There are more than 750,000 steemit accounts, or so I read. We interact with a very small amount of these on a daily basis. We begin to grow as a community and individuals. Our conversations begin to get deeper as we learn more about each other.
One day, the people that you were beginning to know are no longer there. Maybe they are still there, but only active sporadically. This might even leave us with the feeling of being cast aside. If this is where we connect, and they may no longer enjoy steemit, then this is where we are left...we need to show patience.
New accounts come everyday and we get bombarded with vague comments from brand new accounts that are looking to be noticed. Still feeling the sting of the lack of familiar comments, we are now facing language barriers and shallow context....we need to show patience.
Development
The blockchain is a glorious place to create, share, and connect. We are free to to be, say and feel how we want. We are in an environment that is continually changing. Man coexists with machines. Machines are always being changed and upgraded. This may lead to a drop in upvotes or a glitchy experience while trying to participate.....we need to show patience.
Goals
Hopefully, most actions are toward an ultimate goal. Whether our goals are to connect deeply with a couple people, connect shallowly with many people, or not connect at all and just try to make as much steem as possible thereby winning the internet. Whatever the goal is, it cannot be overnight. No matter the goal it is not instant. In 2018 we have everything at the push of a button, and are overwhelmed with instant gratification. This is not the case though with anything of quality. The effort is followed by the reward no matter the goal.....we need to show patience.
The Idea
I will finish the way I started. The blockchain is amazing. We need to be patient and show patiences with all things. We need to look up and not down. Things both good and bad happen because we choose for them to happen. If we pay no attention to what may seem like the negative, and only focus on the amazing positive we can create our collective reality. As we begin to show more patience toward each other and the on going development of our online community, we will then be able to see the real possibilities. Be well!

Patience, understanding, and HODL!!!
Hahaha
There are more than 750,000 steemit accounts. It is incredible. I am trying to connect few people on steemit daily.
Thank you for sharing your mind.
Sir @freedompoint you are right , without patience no one can get success. In steemit platform, it is more important because new members want to get upvote but most senior members didn't even look to the account having rank 25 which results the new members disheartening and they leave this platform. So here if a person show patience and do constant work one day he/she can get success.
You are right. New accounts that are 25 often comment "follow for follow" and look like they are needy and spamming. The more people remember that we are all people, the more we will all win. Be well!
Girl face fight hahaha
