I regret to announce the untimely passing of a friend and member of the EOS community Marco Gonzales aged 49. I spent time with him in Fractally meetings and got to know him as a wonderful, kind, loving individual. He took part in the BitShares Fractal meetings and was an early adopter of BitShares. Rest in Peace with our Lord my friend!

The scheduled protocol upgrade (hard fork) time is Thursday, November 16, 2023 14:00:00 UTC (2023-11-16T14:00:00Z).

"Suez is the Canal of the Pharaohs, also called the Ancient Suez Canal or Necho's Canal, is the forerunner of the Suez Canal, constructed in ancient times and kept in use, with intermissions, it followed a different course from its modern counterpart, by linking the Nile to the Red Sea via the Wadi Tumilat. Work began under the pharaohs. According to Darius the Great's Suez Inscriptions and Herodotus, the first opening of the canal was under Persian king Darius the Great.
