Is it too early for us to use all those advanced technologies? do countries act enough in this domain to promote it?
we have to stop seeing the 1st & 2nd generation as an obstacle to adjust this kind of transformation and start teaching them? or is it to late?

It's okay to start using it since it's been around quite a few years and bitcoin and ethereum are working great. Institutions are starting to invest heavily too.
