What am I doing wrong here?
I have downloaded the Electron Cash wallet, it’s connected and appears to be synched.
I tried sweeping both the compressed and uncompressed private keys from a paper wallet created long before the fork.
I get a message that reads “no inputs found.”
If you can help me get this accomplished I will send a 10 SBD tip!
Thanks!

If you just want to claim your bch for trading you might as well just use the smartphone wallet coinomi.
You just type (or scan with qr) in the private key and then send them to your preferred trading platform or a new wallet.
Hope that suits you. I didn't use the electron cash tool because it copies your btc wallet if you already use electrum. It is actually for convenience but I don't like meddling with my wallet files.
I use iOS which is the problem. It is not yet supported by Coinomi. Thanks, though.
Shoot. That would have made it way easier. Maybe switch to Android 😉
Np.
First of all, browse http://blockdozer.com/insight/
Enter the BTC addresses of your paper wallet in the "search" box.
Then you'll see its value in "Final Balance" : if its null, then it explain the "no inputs found" you encountered.
Otherwise, try another wallet : Exodus for example ?
Blockdozer specifically didn’t really help me, but checking that site gave me a second wind and the spark of an idea/inspiration which put me on the right track. Got my coins split. 10 SBD on the way. Thanks for the help.
