First i want to tell you that what we experienced in my country "Philippines" and its little bit of historical facts.
Philippines have been under colonial rule from three powerful countries, before it gain its independence. I think its not hidden from everyone that we owe a lot from USA due to fact that they give us INDEPENDENCE what we now associate with freedom! Yes, USA they taught and trained us in the field of politics however much to delay the pure progress in our country. What we know as election was not really an election of choosing the rightful ruler due to fact the influence of hacienderos was very vast, that can buy out almost anything even power. Until now every province in our country are dominated by the rich political family they even used their influence up to the senate and congress! Whats democracy without a purpose? Thats oligarchy.... Sad but true how can we move forward if our system is defective! We aim for change, even putting a new President with a strong political banner "change is coming" for the rich for them to get richer and richer, the poor to be poorer poorer and get killed. Thats decentralization the rich are untouchables!
