What is Crowd Machine?

Crowd Machine is a platform that is formed by three main components - Crowd Computer, Crowd App Studio and Crowd Share.

Crowd Machine aims to replace existing cloud computing services by utilizing the transparent and efficient aspects of the blockchain. It will replace services such as AWS and Azure. Crowd Machine is a built product in late beta stages.

Crowd Computer

The Crowd Computer is intended for executing tasks using shared computational power. Users can devote a portion of their computational power to the network in exchange for rewards in CMCT. The Crowd Computer will offer developers and companies a cheaper cost of execution while giving the consumer level user an opportunity to earn and partake in the platform.

Many modern computer users will have overly powerful machines in their homes that are only utilizing a third of their computational capacity. By joining the Crowd Machine network they will be able to monetize the remaining idle CPU!

Crowd App Studio

Many users that are in the cryptocurrency space want to get more involved. Unfortunately there are many skill set obstacles that must be overcome in order to be an active participant on the blockchain as a developer or a contributor. This involves having a good understanding of languages such as Solidity.

The Crowd App Studio turns this notion around. A drag and drop interface will allow users to "draw" their application using logic maps. That's right. No code! A secure method that cuts down development time and gives users the power to make their ideas come to life.

Crowd Share

Last but not least, Crowd Share is a combination of GitHub and an appstore. It will allow developers to share their code and perform version control while also giving them the ability to earn money each time their code block or complete application is executed.

Everybody can't build an OS overnight. That being said, it is possible to build micro-apps that perform a certain task. With Crowd Share, developers can share and use snippets, allowing the platform to take care of distributing royalty-like payments to the contributors. In the long run, Crowd Share will establish a strong data base of tools and code that will allow developers to use them as building blocks for their own development.

The Current State of Development & Cloud Computing

Developers

At it stands now, available solutions cater to one or the other. They are not combined in a neat package that allows developers to work on their code, borrow portions and execute their applications off-site. This means that a startup must spend time organizing and collaborating on various platforms in order to bring their software to the market. There are also no clean portals that allow developers to monetize small portions of code in a transparent and efficient manner.

General Population

As far as the general population is concerned, they are altogether restricted from joining the development side due to limited knowledge and experience. They can only rely on what others develop to hopefully meet their needs. Most can't imagine themselves contributing to blockchain technology on any meaningful level.

The Future With Crowd Machine

Developers

The developers can breathe easy by knowing that all their development requirements, along with a sales channel is all in one place. Their hard work can be easy controlled, manipulated and monetized in one place. One of the key components is the fact that they can start earning from portions of code that execute a certain function which others may find useful even without having developed a full stand-alone suite which would usually require a team of developers months or years to bring to fruition.

General Population

What once felt unapproachable is suddenly within grasp. There is no need to go through the motions of understanding the deeper mechanics or syntax of numerous programming languages in order to start working on an idea. The platform will break the barrier typically associated with being a developer and allow users to participate in the blockchain ecosystem. They can use snippets of code or the Crowd App Studio to begin their foray into blockchain development!

How can developers and even non-developers take advantage of this platform to build and execute blockchain applications(coding without code)? Maybe write some fun use cases. Crowd machine is a dream! I hope it will work for ordinary people much easier than having to learn high-level programming which I still couldn't understand, not to mention machine level code. I hope it's totally free. Some web design hosts charge a fortune for drag and drop web design.
