4th industrial revolution

The 4th industrial revolution is now. It is happening. Tech is a term of the past. Everything is tech. Understanding and appreciating low tech is an art form. The new economy will occur with a vast transfer of wealth from traditional financial systems to modern distributed, digital ones. As automation replaces drivers, clerical workers, and even professionals as lawyers doctors and realtors all become more efficient. We have opportunities to participate and engage with the inventors, sculptures, scripters, artists, and educators. Find new ways to identify and quantify value in more than just dollars, and reward the pursuits of knowledge, civil service, and voluneerism. We can encourage dense intelectual micro-urban centers in our rural cities and towns. Privately we can socialize education if we get creative with how we use technology and manage inventives. Work with student organisation and research bodies to capitalize on IP, data acvumulation, startup incubation. Attract the remote workers and high tech innovators to bring and keep new jobs and new economic value as close to home as possible. The smallest footprint is just our own. I encourage prototyping and small automated manufacturing of locally useful goods. Dustributed services management and fault research, data science. Attract high value people and they will spend here.
The revolution is true consensus. For the first time in history, thanks to technology, we are on the verge of individual sovereignty freely and dynamically represented in quantifiable terms. People will learn to choose who and what they do business with. Successful companies will exist as lean operations running on smart contracts, and no longer competing with people for profit, but only competing with other organisations for participation and value production.
My hope is that we open the doors to more financial innovation which in turn will attract significant new money and low impact, high value jobs filled with globally conscious and compassionate workers
