As our platform expands, we're looking for a Director of Operations to lead our client's marketplace operations. You'll institute infrastructure, discipline, process and rigor across our marketplace & enrollment operations for a rapidly scaling consumer technology company, engage key accounts and manage programs.
What You Will Do
Enrollment Operations: Lead the internal team that enrolls individuals in coverage and partner with Product & Engineering teams to improve the consumer experience throughout the complete enrollment funnel
Internal Enrollment & CRM Products: lead build-outs and own existing automation tools for internal teams
Customer Retention: Reduce enrollee churn rates through operational improvements & technology investments
Member Experience, Support & Phone Sales: Lead internal and external teams & scaling strategy
Vendor Negotiation & Integration: Evaluate and forge relationships with data partners, transaction partners, enrollment partners, and more
What You Need to Have Requirements
5-8 year’s experience in business operations, preferably in an early stage technology company
Experience working in a consumer software startup during a key inflection point
Blockchain industry experience or deep knowledge and affinity for the future of work
Willing to roll up your sleeves: Unafraid of the nitty gritty and jumps in to help when needed, with a willingness to learn the detailed ins-and-outs of our operations to improve, build and scale
Cross-functional creativity: An uncanny ability to look at the status quo and work cross-functionally to instigate improvements that will move the needle
Excellent analytical skills
Outstanding communication skills; in-person, over the phone, via email, carrier pigeon, etc.
Experiencing scaling or managing customer success or support teams
Bachelor/Master degree
