This comment is great! The best I've seen in steemit. I had the same doubt as stellabelle. You explained to me what it's happening in steemit in only 10 points. Bravo!! Bravo!!
Do we really think the post is worth more than $30? Seems like it could easily go at least 3 times as high if noone said stop. It doesn't mean Dans post is bad.
(And I don't see any flags. I don't use Steemit.com.) Just my opinion.
No, I would think internal problems, remember we had flagging, price spiraling down etc., I'm not trying to blame anyone I just think this is a possibility, and the whales who did the flagging experiment are among the ones flagging his post. Maybe he didn't agree with them.
It could be any of the following:

He's posting and voting after saying in his resignation post that he wouldn't any longer.
They disagree with the amount of reward the post will receive due to the upvotes of other people and wish to counteract those.
Could be any 1, 2, or all 3 of those reasons.

Because they had some kind of power struggle, didn't you find it strange that as soon as Dan resigned the price of Steem took off?
That's because Dan's enormous brain was holding the price down.

That's a far too rational response to my joke. Most people just reply with "lol". ;)
No, I didn't want anyone thinking I was holding something against someone. Ok LOL.
