Evolution of society as a living organism is happening whether we are aware of it or not and the Blockchain seems to be good for it.

In the not too distant future we're going to look back at the last few years and ask why it took this long, how could we be this stupid blind.
We've all been kind of waiting for something big to happen for a while, not another 9/11 and a war but something positive that redistributes justice in the world.
Lots of us have lost hope, are angry at the system, at the status quo. Our money is worth less and less, buys less. Lots of us act out and burn out, commit actions that perhaps will later regret. Lots of us hit a wall. But the thing to always remember is that the world has "ended" many times and has, in one way or another, moved forward.
I still have lots of hope and know most people still hold hope and are willing to work and contribute towards us (as in humanity) to find its way towards peace, embracing evolution and towards a great future.
I am ready to contribute to that happening, are you?

When a pressure cooker gathers too much pressure it's sure to blow. This is where we're at. Bizarre political climate, financial uncertainty (including in the US), technology advancing exponentially, the need for system reboot, version update. How is it possible that kids are malnourished/hungry even in "developed" countries or that people are shooting each other in cities all over the world over not much?

I see the Blockchain as a response to all of these things. It represents a kind of hope and capacity for humanity to overcome hurdles that have always come at us. This one is a big one which ultimately involves rehabilitating the planet by reinventing ourselves and the way in which we all interact with it. It is partly done by decentralizing control and wealth, un-rigging the political systems by restoring democracy, by betting on it, not on the existing corrupt reality.

The Blockchain goes beyond Bitcoin or Ether. It is the backbone, the operating system for evolution.

I still do have many questions: What happens when the US government does take interest in fighting this new unknown monster that aims to de-centralize, for example banking. What will happen then? Will it be absorbed and diluted or bought out and capitalized/centralized/accumulated?
