Blockchain, Bitcoin, Altcoin,.... Those terms are all around. Nearly every television and radio channel is reporting about cryptotrends.
Spreading the word leads to attention and ultimately to funny, not so funny or just interesting stories, technologies and trends or just strange things.
This Blog is for people that are interested in these stories and technical / non-technical (random) Facts in or around blockchain.
It is also for people that do blockchain for fun and that are not primarily interested in profit and people that feel stressed out by values of coins, crashes and the fear of missing out. Finally it is for people that are interested in the technology behind blockchain and i am going to talk about current and potential future applications from the perspective of a computer scientist.
If you are here to get the latest and greatest news about which coin is going to the moon, this is probably not your blog.
Everyone else is invited to read, enjoy and relax!
There will be no or little talking about money and i am trying to write in a manner that is suitable for beginners but that will hopefully be appealing to experienced blockchainers.
Upcoming posts will cover the following topics:
- Blockchain in the Media
- Coins with funny names or uncommon applications.
- Technology behind blockchain and behind ecosystems (PoS, PoW, Masternodes, smart contracts)
- Websites you should know
- Potential applications for Blockchain
- Blockchains with interesting and convincing applications
- Most important: Why you should care about and what you might want to do with blockchain even if you are not interested in profit.
- How and why blockchain is raising interest.
- Cryptogames
- Terminology such as FOMO, HODL and the history of it.
- Everything i forgot :-)
Beware: I am neither a professional in blockchain technologies, nor a banking specialist and this blog will heavily reflect my own opinion. Sometimes there might also be sarcasm involved
Although, as you might have noticed, this is just a teaser, i will not finish without providing random information about recent happenings:
Last week Hackers tried to Scam people on binance and did not only fail, but lost their own money:
