Premise:
Unemployment is one of the major issues in both developing and developed country. Secondly, there are very few people (43% employees) which have enough skills to perform a specific task in this exponentially growing marketplace. Freelancing is one of the ways to earn for which there are many sites but not all of them are up to mark, some are fraudulent and don’t pay their freelancers, others have cumbersome payment methods. So, this young generation needs a platform which not only provide them a job but also the mentors who teach them those skills. Such platform exists the Expercoin ecosystem.
Expercoin ecosystem:
The decentralized Expercoin ecosystem is powered by Experfy which is artificial intelligence based training and freelancing marketplace and already providing 500 individuals with a way towards success. The building blocks of the Expercoin ecosystem are the republics. Each republic represents a group of people interested in similar skills either mentors or learners.
The building blocks:
- Every building block (republic) have 6 pillars which are necessary to work properly and these are “LEARNING MARKETPLACE” where users can learn or enhance their skills.
- The “MENTORSHIP MARKETPLACE” which includes the mentors who teach the skills.
- “ASSESSMENT MARKETPLACE” which is meant to certify the users for having a skill.
- “JOB MARKETPLACE” which is the most important one and try to hire every successful member of a republic, in each republic courses and jobs will only be related to those particular skills (such as graphic designing, programming and French learning) for which the republic was initially created.
- Republic also have “CORPORATE ACADEMY” which includes the companies who are the part of this republic for their employees to enhance the skills.
- And lastly the republics have “FINANCIAL AID MARKETPLACE” which let the students burrow subscription fees.
- The users have to subscribe to a particular republic according to his/her skill. The subscription will have a fee charges which is to be paid by a crypto token.
- For users to post a project of recruitment credit card information and 500 dollars deposit is mandatory in order to mitigate the risks of frauds, but the user account will be free. Voting is also done for each new republic.
Behind the screen:
All the data will be stored in decentralized way in interplanetary file system behind the screen, but on the screen there will be a DApp. All the members of all republics are connected with this learning world via this DApp. Ethereum and smart contract will be governing all the transactions.
The token:
The crypto token that is being used for subscription and payment method is the Expercoin itself. The token is Ethereum based ERC20. The private presale of token is starting from 1st June, 2018. First Expercoin republic is expected to launch in the month of November, 2018, however, App store for extending functionality of republic will launch in the month of May of coming year 2019.
Digital wallet will also be allocated to every users, because they are going to keep the token. History of transactions and token details will be there. The token have the monetary value and obviously, there will be rewards for users.
