The US biggest retailer Walmart takes interest in their fleet electrification. The company added 30 more Tesla electric trucks to their pre-order. John Bayliss, senior vice-president, indicates that trucks are intended to be used in Canadian distribution center that is expected to become the first completely operated by electric fleet.

Mass production of Tesla electric trucks is scheduled for 2019 and the company has already got more than 2 000 pre-orders for their electric powered vehicles. Such giants as FedEx, PepsiCo and DHL are included in the list. The majority of companies reserved trucks for using within the US market planning to make their fleet 100% electric step by step.

Electric trucks implementation into the North American market demands appropriate infrastructure that is absent nowadays. Vion Company is working on construction of a network of 50 electric charging stations for trucks within the next two years making using of vehicles convenient. The first charging stations will be constructed along the main US interstate routes but the company plans covering the territory of Canada and Mexico in the nearest future.

We invite investors to take part in bringing the future come closer.
