not sure about privacy - I think Monero will keep its dominance in this realm. When it comes to privacy people will be very picky about the project and so far monero seems to offer by far the most untraceability.

Zcazh also had a good growth based on privacy so you never know. However, privacy by itself is not enough to make a new coin big. Other coins like Ethereum are discussing to to introduce it.
