★ Introduction of HashHub ★

Hello!
Today, I will introduce "HashHub" of the blockchain studio which opened this month! !

HashHub was founded to cultivate the blockchain project!
The location is in Hongo, Tokyo, and there is a University of Tokyo nearby, it is an academic area originally! !

HashHub is a co-working space, and by using the network, it is about to transmit blockchain technology from Hongo to the world!

Also, at HashHub, They are also developing our own products!
Currently, the following two bitcoin related products are in progress! !

"Lightning for Azure" to enable lightning development easily
"HashHub LN node (tentative)" In-house operation of lightning node

It will be a very advanced approach!
I am looking forward to the future! !

こんにちは！
今日は、今月にオープンしたブロックチェーン・スタジオの「HashHub」の紹介をします！！

HashHubは、ブロックチェーンプロジェクトの育成を目的として、設立されました！
場所は、東京の本郷で、近くには東京大学があることもあり、もともとアカデミックな地域です！！

HashHubは、コワーキングスペースですが、ネットワークを駆使して、本郷から世界に、ブロックチェーン技術を発信していくとの事です！

また、HashHubでは、自分たちのプロダクトの開発も進めています！
現在は、以下の2つの、ビットコイン関連のプロダクトが進行中です！！

ライトニング開発を手軽に出来るようにする「Lightning for Azure」
ライトニングのノードの自社運用「HashHub LN node（仮）」

非常に先進的な取り組みになります！
今後が、とても楽しみです！！

★ HashHub's event report ★

Yesterday, the event of HashHub was held!
There were two lectures at the event, so I will report on it below! !

① Non-engineer's survival strategy (Mr. indiv)

· Mr. Indiv is a researcher on cryptocurrency
· Just translating the article, the value is low, plus alpha, you need your opinion
· How do you combine your strengths?
· Combination creates differentiation
· Aim for empty positions

· If you are too niche, be careful as there are no readers
· A brief explanation is often the intention of the caller enters
· Gain the basic skills to survive first
· Then, think about the survival strategy

· Closed deals are easy to obtain information when it is face to face or telephone
· Cryptocurrency is an unstable industry
· Disassembly work is also skill
· Ensure clear explanation of evidence and process

② About 0x (Mr. coffee)

· DEX's tasks are commission, speed, liquidity
· From the second half of 2017, the voice of DEX improvement measures has come up
· 0x is not just DEX

· The features of 0x are on and off
· The person who initiates the transaction is called Maker
· On the other hand, Taker takes orders
· The order goes steadily to Relayer
· Relayer is like an exchange image
· Image where Relayer connects Maker and Taker

· The largest hand of Relayer is DDEX
· DDEX is semi-centralized
· After upgrading 0x, proxy is granted for each token standard

Understanding the content at the cutting edge, understanding was quite difficult.

昨日は、HashHubのイベントが行われました！
イベントでは、2つの講演がありましたので、以下にレポートします！！

①非エンジニアの生存戦略 (indiv氏)

・indiv氏は、暗号通貨関連のリサーチャー
・記事を、単に翻訳するだけでは、価値が低く、プラスアルファで、自分の意見が必要
・自分の強みを、どう組み合わせるか？
・組み合わせが、差別化を生む
・ポジションの空きを狙う
・ニッチ過ぎると、読者がいなくなるので注意
・簡単な説明は、往々にして発信者の意図が入ってしまう
・生存するための基礎スキルを、まずは身につける
・その上で、生存戦略を考える
・クローズドな案件は、対面か電話だと情報を得やすい
・暗号通貨は、不安定な業界である
・分解作業もスキルである
・根拠やプロセスをわかりやすく説明できるようにする

②0xについて (coffee氏)

・DEXの課題は、手数料・速度・流動性
・2017年後半から、DEXの改善策の声が上がってきた
・0xは、ただのDEXではない
・0xの特徴は、オンとオフ
・取引を開始する人をMakerという
・一方で、Takerは注文を取る人
・注文がどんどんRelayerに行く
・Relayerは取引所のようなイメージ
・Relayerが、MakerとTakerを繋いでくれるイメージ
・Relayerの最大手はDDEX
・DDEXは、半中央集権的である
・0xのバージョンアップ後は、トークンの規格ごとに、プロキシが付与される

最先端の内容で、理解が中々難しかったです。
しかし、大変勉強になったイベントでした！！
