It was even hard to explain in 45 mins :-) but basically I think after static credit card numbers go away the criminals will switch to a block chain distribution method to sell the EMV (Chip and Pin) Transactions its the only way i could think that some one could distribute the information at the speed needed to attack EMV cards. Hope this helps
