We can add Monero too. Are you familiar with the BitShares UIA and MPA? You could create your own currency on BitShares.

The coins that BlockPay make available to the merchant are sorted by market cap. So, once the market cap is higher, then the merchant is more likely to enable that coin as a choice for their customers. The homescreen of BlockPay "S", and BlockPay Integrated, only allow for 7 total coins to be displayed at once though, along with Smartcoins of course.
