Every human being has their own life processes, even though they look the same but there are still differences. Physically we were small and grew into teenagers, adults and old. In the journey of life there are people who are lucky, who are fall badly, who have succeeded until now and someone from the beginning until now never experienced failure likely. Sometimes someone tries only once and then works, someone had tried repeatedly but still failed. That is the life and path of human life, we are not robots that can be set in one activity at a time.

How you are take lessons if you could not to summarize you’re your successes and failures ?. I tried to summarize some events that occurred in 2018. Even this initiative appeared in December and this month is my sad month. December reminded me of the Tsunami Disaster on December 26, 2004, which claimed the lives of my sister, brother and family. At least this contest is also a way of my therapy and my loss in a positive way.
My achievements in 2018 is The Beginning of Start
In general, 2018 is the best year for me compared to the previous year. This remembers some successes I have achieved both in my career and economy, community, education and family. I started with a career and a job because nowadays a lot of my energy is drained for this. Since 2010 I have been a Judge and served in the outermost islands in the Indonesian republic for over 8 years. I do not need to explain how I lived there because indeed the outermost islands have illustrated the quality of life there. Information is difficult, difficult access, expensive and far from family.
But after 8 years of being there, I got the opportunity to move to the mainland of Aceh on January 23, 2018. Of course this is good news for me and my family. I am waiting for this opportunity, and they have been waiting for me for a long time. This year is also very special because my new assignment is my own birthplace. My success lies in my ability not to complain and carry out assignments anywhere well. So I think this is an appreciation for my strong mentality. Can you imagine how long my family has waited for me to be together? Of course, it's beautiful, isn't it?
The next thing about my income. I know that Judge Salaries in Indonesia are in a low order compared to other countries in ASEAN. But nominal is not the main thing, I was taught to live enough and be smart to save money. For me the most important thing is not how much but how capable you are of managing your finances. I succeeded in applying this principle to managing my finances from my salary as a Judge and finally in September 2018 I was able to realize a number of dreams including build a house and buying a simple car. That's amazing to me and certainly to my little family.
But the biggest challenge is my education now, since working in Aceh, I took the initiative to continue my postgraduate education on universities in Banda Aceh by concentrating on Contemporary Islamic Law. Now I was in 2 step and I hoped myself to remain consistent and successfully on the time. I beg you to find a bless in your prayers.

My failure in 2018 is The Beginning not The End
As I said that no one always in successful, even I think success arises from a failure. Just see how The Researcher Thomas Alfa Edison managed to find theory and practice after 999 tried and succeeded in 1000 times. I considered myself that failure was not the end of everything, it was just the beginning of all things. Indonesians say that "failure is delayed success". This implies a vision that is far ahead with enthusiasm and is not unyielding. Every time we have tried and the results are sometimes futile, but failure does not make you become disappointed, hopeless, angry and hate the failure. You are not the only person who has failed. soo get up quickly and do not keep silent.
I am a person who has failed in 2018 and I am still maintaining my hope and very hope the failure can be realized in 2019 in the future. Some of my failures include in the field of Tennis. Last September 2018 I made a post about a tennis selection at the national level for people of the court. I represent the courts from the western and southern regions and meet strong seniors. In the selection I was very excited and finally able to qualify. But when I tried to get one ticket to Bali (the place of national tournament held) among the 5 tickets provided, I failed because unexpectedly I had to meet the second seed. Well, I was disappointed because I failed but I was proud because my experience in tennis was just 2 years, and managed to get a few points from that match. Whereas my opponent had 8 years of experience and had to struggle to defeat me.
The next failure is fail to get A excellent value on court improvement program, I was appointed as chairman because we only got Value B. Am I disappointed? Not at all, because one positive thing I always call motivating teams to see how the good changes during the program. Positive changes I mean is such as the service of justice seekers are more better. Hopefully the next year my team and me get the prestigious value.
One more thing, as a steemian I once predicted to be able to reach the 1000 SP on my Steem Power, but that could no longer be realized in 2018. I argued that with such strength I was able to help my colleagues and give them a little change in income. The effort that I do is keep up the spirit, still providing good quality content and anti plagiarism. Hopefully my wishes for next year will come true.
My Tips to keep your success in 2019
After you see some of my achievements and failures above, it's not wrong I tried to share a few short tips so the chances of success are maintained. These tips are very reasonable and not difficult to do.
- First, keep your health. Just Simply, how you want to achieve success if you are sick ?
- Second, you must always think positively. Use your common sense to present something useful for yourself and others.
- Third, don't be too ambitious and live normally. Excessive optimism that is not spirit makes you close input from people and in the end if it is not as you wish it will fall and despair.
- Fourth, if you want to create and innovate, then do it according to your abilities. This is important because if you do something beyond your capacity, then the results of the failure are certain.
- Fifth, establish good relations. You are a social creature who cannot live without others. How do you want to succeed but not get support from other people like friends, family and society.
- Sixth, don't forget that success and failure are inseparable from the role of God. God never wants you to fail, God wants you to keep trying and proceed to success.
