There's always a Good Thing of Every Parting
On Monday 29 January 2018, I and all my co-workers went to the capital city of Banda Aceh to attend the annual meeting held once a year at the main Office.
At first we all did not think, that in this day some of us will be laid off from this company.
Very surprised when this happened, we still do not believe what happened to the company where we work this.
The purpose of work in life is not what we already get but what we give and give many benefits to others.
Whatever is met will definitely split up, where there is a beginning there must be an end. In the life of many people who come and go and go, in a parting there is just passing in the heart, there is also an imprint with the hearts of all the longing of love and affection.
Farewell is the thing that can make us all sad, let alone separation that happened suddenly and with our loved ones.
This was a photograph in the morning right in front of the hotel before we all departed and executed.
Farewell to colleagues or colleagues will indeed bring nuance of its own sadness, especially if the colleague is a good friend who has been with you in a team work and often share a sense of grief. Persitiwa parting that occurred in the workplace of the background by various things. It may be that you or your colleagues are currently getting promoted new positions to serve on the premises or other divisions within your company.
This photo is taken after several people who have been executed with the company without any twelve, they are contemplating every moment together pending the decision of the sanction given by the company to them. I myself perpetuate this very sad moment and also waiting for what decision I will receive.
In this photo there are some people who are also waiting for the decision for themselves but they try to encourage other colleagues who have been officially dismissed the company, this feeling is very heavy to receive.
In the past I knew they were nobody, but after your departure it was obvious that they were "best friends" who had been so dear to me.

Now my eyes are no longer blind, now I can see the beauty of the world with you. Thank you for your sincerity I became like I am today. For friends who have been holding me tight & help me stand after I fell. Forgive me for ignoring you, who never realized how meaningful we are together. I think I can do without you guys, I was wrong.
And this is our farewell photo with friends who have been laid off by the company, almost 70% of employees are laid off by the company, and this is a very moving moment for me personally because a lot of beautiful memories that have been created during our 6 years together, many once the story in it. It's so hard to remember this incident.
After taking pictures as proof we've been hard together, laughing together, crying together, joking together, fighting together, and always the spirit of every work we shared. We greeted each other and embraced each other while encouraging and moral support to those who first left the company.
With a heavy heart, I have to give up all of them, and I am sure they will succeed in their new place, because they are great people I have met, they are workers who never go home before they succeed, they are also the people who make this company great as it is today.
So, I am very confident in their abilities and they will definitely get something better than this.
Not too little value, nor much we weep, but a farewell that makes us all tears.
And in this picture there is a woman who is also as my brother who has helped us a lot and he is also the only woman affected by the layoffs.
However, with his steadfastness and patience he must accept with a heart that is roomy and patient.
Though I've been holding my best not to cry for the breakup, it's all very useless because so many memories will be lost.
And finally my tears flowing as fast as it can, as if unable to accept this farewell, should I make them tough but ultimately I can not afford to hold it.
They are my family, they are my friends, they are my brothers, and they are my sisters too and they are the people I love very much.
This is a video that I created to keep me going to remember them whenever and wherever I am.
And these are some employees who still have to keep on striving to build this company for the better, we are all the choice of the company.
We are the selected employees who according to our company are the best fighters left to continue to build this company, Alhamdulillah I am among those who remain.
Only 30% of the 100% employees are left to keep working.
I hope and must remain motivated to continue to be passionate about working and I will make the big job cutoffs done by this company as my motivation to continue to be the best for myself even for the company which until now is where I look for sustenance.
