All about Elephants, my post is not about the live elephants, but about people who collect elephants.
My mom was a lover of Elephants ,so at every ocassion over her 99 years, someone in the family would bring her another elephant ,so now i have her collection of hundreds.
Elephants are Big Mamales that are so strong that they can be used in work-related ventures. Also they are used to have people ride them over water and land. They have a way to keep themselves clean, as with the trunks they are like a live car wash. Sucking in water from a nearby pond, they can carry it miles till its needed. As far as souvenirs , they come in many shapes and sizes and colors. see the variety, of the ones people brount to my mom over almost 100 years .
I use to go to the circus , and the big thing that i looked forward was the big gigantic elephants they uses to get to do all kinds of tricks, on small platforms. that was how i got real intrested and started to seek out more about them.When I read you post on steemit, it brought back all kinds of memories about them , so i wanted to make comments, I am going to take her collection and post as many as i can. i hope you will enjoy all the assorted ones, in wood brass and covered in gold chips that look so real. i will do it soon as i have hundreds to photograph and move to the web,and steemit.
Now that she has passed , we have a big assignment to finalize
all the items she collected, if you see one you love , let me know . As the family will probably want to place these in the hands of good homes.
