Not every one of us spoused to be the one

On of the questions that we might ask ourselves is: what is my purpose in this world?
That question usually leads to more questions like:

  • what should I do to carve my name into the history?
  • when I would get my big opportunity?
  • why anything I do ends up in mediocre results?
  • why nobody gives me a chance?

The more we repeat these questions in our heads, the more anger and hate we generate and that can end up in something irrationall.
Something we fail to realize is: for each great person that history remembered, there's millions of names that faded away.
Not every single one of us is destined to become the one, the more likely scenario is that we are one of the people who existed during an historical erra, maybe your most significant moment be that time you shared a Facebook post on it's way to go viral.
Maybe you are destined to become one of the people who saw the greatest movie in history when it came out.
Maybe more, maybe you write the 1429th most popular app for mobile devices, maybe you are one of the arliest patients who tested the permanent cure for baldness...
Even more, maybe you're the one who saved the one who is destined to cure cancer, from eating a bug in the park at the age of two.

The bottom line is: history have a limited amount of memory to remember a list of people long term, do try to find your way to that list but don't expect a miracle, after all, the ones who make it to that list depend on us to give them the opportunity with our small contributions here and there.
The humanity moves forward because there's millions of us pushing it, if you can't be the hero, be the best extra you can.
