Eating a rainbow diet of many colors is very good advice. You can tell a lot about a food by its colors. It's actually the dominant antioxidants that gives plants their colors, such as beta-carotene making carrots orange.

I posted my first podcast episode here on steemit where I go in depth about healthy eating and foods, as well as other very useful information.
