Creamy risotto making, cold rice bowl dish

Today I made a savory cream risotto using the ingredients in the refrigerator :)
This is especially good when you have such a risotto or cold rice!
Preparation (2 servings)
5 garlic
onions, half onion,
3 mushrooms,
4 to 5 rows of bacon,
1/2
slice of green pepper, 1 slice of cheese
,
150
ml of salt and pepper milk , 50 ml of
cold rice, two air

Chop half onion, chop garlic, mushrooms and bacon into slices.
(I think it would be good to put about 3 mushrooms, but I have 2 at home so I only put 2)

Add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and melt.

Fry the grated garlic in the melted butter. When the garlic turns brown, add onion and fry.

When the onion is slightly transparent, fry it with mushrooms and bacon!

After the bacon is cooked to a sufficient degree
, 150 ml of milk and 50 ml of fresh cream are added.
*If you don't have fresh cream, you can just add 200ml of milk!

I wanted to add a little spiciness, so I added
half of the red pepper.

Add a piece of sliced ​​cheese.
After that, season with salt and pepper!

also add mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms instead of mushrooms.
