Hey steemians, wanted to give you guys some girly room decor ideas to spice up your room and keep it looking fresh!!!!
The first decor pieces are flower vases. For the one on the left I took an old bottle, taped stripes onto it and then spray painted it gold. For the one on the right I took a glass cup, printed a Chanel logo and taped it in to make it look a little expensive. I then finished both of them off with fake flowers because who has time to water them haha!
The second decor pieces are painted canvases. For both of them I used tape to create any type of pattern I wanted and and then painted them according to the colors of my room. What I like about these is that you can custom them any way you want so that they match your interests!
For the third decor I went into the garage and cut up a piece of wood and painted it white. I then took nails and hammered them in to make a heart shape. I then took yarn and wrapped it around multiple times to create this cool effect!
For the final piece I made a little jewelry stand by using two plates and a candle stick and glued them together. Now I have a nice place to put my jewelry instead of having it scattered all over the place!!
What I like about all this decor is that it's very cost effective. Most of the items I used are from the dollar store or lying around at home. Hope this gave some inspiration:))
