Hello! Put a smile on your face because I made a short story about a lovers that come out like just… hmm let me say that I didn’t expect them to last long.
Let’s start about the high school days, I see two different persons without the knowledge that they will making memories in the future. Most of the unforgettable memories are in the high school days, so rough, hard to understand especially the attitudes and making everything complicated all the time. High school is the crucial part as a teenager, seeking for a lot of answers to a simple question with themselves. Full of distraction and do lot of mistakes too.
So the lovers names are Lai and Kah, Lai was in her sophomore and Kah was in his junior year. They were totally inlove with each other and do a lot of crazy things, until one time they made a mistake everyone in the school was alarmed about the news that was spread in the campus. But Kah wasn’t aware about it, he expects that it was just a normal ordinary day until he noticed Lai wasn’t in her room. Before that day students have an outdoor activity and after that some of the students planned to hang out and drink some beer. Kah and Lai was planning to go in the mall to look for a stuff toy to buy but Lai’s classmate disagree and challenge her to hang out together with them, Lai asked Kah if it is okay for him, and he agreed because he thought that they will be just only hanging out at the park. Lai and Kah went together until Kah’s cousin asked him if he has money to buy some beer for Lai’s girl classmate. Kah disagree and tell Lai they will go home already but Lai didn’t want to go and stayed with her classmates, so Kah didn’t fight back he stayed and gave money to his cousin. Until that mistake happened Lai drink a glass of beer and when she got home one of her cousins noticed that Lai is a kind a bit weird so she go near Lai and from that moment she smelled the scent of an alcohol drink from Lai. From that one single mistake everything’s change, Kah was sent away to continue his studies and Lai was transferred to another school and changed her attitude, she always thinks about Kah if where could he be.
A few months later, Kah came back to the country and met with some of his friends, his friends asked him if he met Lai or reached out Lai, he told them he did and he shared the true story about what happened. They totally understand after that so his friends was very concerned about it and he was just “its fine I’m fine and she’s okay now”. But Kah had a secret to them, Kah contacted Lai after 3 months and asked about her friends, Lai asked for forgiveness and she wanted Kah to come back and be with him. Later that day Kah exits with his friends to surprise Lai.
Until then, their situation was complicated as you can ever imagine, Kah was caught communicating with Lai. Kah’s parents wants him to focus with his studies, he listens to them but Kah misses her so much. He find ways all the time and make her happy all the time as he promised to her that no matter what happens he will always find ways to make her happy and be there for her from ups and downs.
Lai was in her senior year in high school, she didn’t have any news about Kah because of the limitations his parents giving him. But Kah was in college and his parents give him some time to mingle with others, he wasn’t grounded anymore, he decided to meet Lai and let his parents understand him that he made a lot of sacrifices for them as Lai did too for her parents.
Years had passed with their ups and downs relationship but still their studies wasn’t left behind with their dreams. Now both of their parents totally understand the situation, Kah and Lai graduated with degrees, their dreams are one by one coming true.
Having a boyfriend or girlfriend while pursuing your studies is not a distraction, it’s an inspiration learning to have discipline and responsibilities but priority is to make your parents proud with what they are planning for your future. Parents might be so tight but that’s because they are just concern and still guiding their children to a path that they are predicting. No matter what happened to the past the important thing there is step by step, ups and down they still go on as the day pass and start a new one with you when you wake up.
