True, we have to own our work, for example in your job you have assigned with one task but you are not feeling the enthusiasm towards the task, this is because, you have assigned with something new, with which you are not familiar. But you can get the enthusiasm or you can own that task if you give time for that work to understand it, and once you will understand it then it will more easy for you and you will start enjoying your work.
