It wouldn't hurt to look into the Uberman Sleep Schedule. Seems like your have an easy time adjusting to it. 2 hrs of sleep, which are FULL REM cycles. Along with 20 min naps throughout the day. Technically you get 30 mins more of REM sleep/night, while sleeping close to 6hrs less/night.
