Insomnia has roughly around 50 to 60 million people it's taken a hold of.
It appears, I am one of them.
I think there are a lot of people who, like me, just cannot sleep.
I try. I lay down, dark room, etc. but how long am I suppose to lay there surely not over an
hour, that's long lol!
What fascinates me is the only time I never had trouble sleeping was when I was
younger, in my twenties.
There was also one other time I never had trouble sleeping...when I lived in Daytona Beach Shores
in Florida a few years ago. Just in 2013, I moved back to VA. but was in FL. from May, 2011. until march, 2013.
I had the ocean as my backyard as pictured below from my balcony. I literally...I always fell asleep there in FL., I was on the 5th floor so I was able to keep open my screen
door listening to the waves crashing all night.
Also the salt air is a natural relaxer, it makes people relaxed. For my son who has seizures, they were greatly reduced living
so close to natural salt air, breathing it in and out all day.
They even have salt air therapy rooms in DC. It is around $60 for 30 minutes or so.....I never tried it. It's not free like the ocean, lol!
I do find being on Steemit may help a bit, at least I can get tired from reading at some point! lol!
I love Steemit so far and am still new and learning.....

I think you need to look at the definition of spam and realize that you are doing exactly that.
When a comment turns up in a thread which has nothing to do with the thread subject but seeks to promote its own agenda and is broadcast widely across a network, that is spam.
You can try to rationalize that you are helping people to justify your spam. However, commenting on every post with the same comment is spam.
