Ahhhh! How much fun it is to start the day in the middle of the week at the movies!
My husband and I have barely been going out at night. The only times we do go out are separately – with friends. One goes out and the other stays with the kids. I know, babysitting is the best option, but we’re used to having the kids sleep over grandma and grandpa’s house and us going with without any hesitation. Since we don’t live close to our family anymore we barely go out together in the eve. We’ve been putting off looking for the perfect babysitter since we have found a solution for us! …… DAY DATES! My husband works shifts, so he could work full on over the whole weekend and then have a few days off during the weekday, so we take that to our advantage and do what we love- and that’s going to the movies! (Or even have a nice breakfast, coffee, etc..:) until we have to go pick up the kids.
So today, after kids drop off at school we went to the movies. We saw “Big Sick” , a movie based on a true story of cross-cultural relationship – a Pakistan-born comedian Kumail (Nanjiani), who connects with an American grad student. Movie reviews aren’t my strong side but I enjoyed it very much! It was funny and moving. For me, going to the cinema isn’t just for the movie, sometimes it’s just an excuse to buy the popcorn!!! I love movie popcorn! :)
Anyway, going to pick up the kids!

STOPGreat post and so important to get to share some time together just the 2 of you 😊 I use to have it just like that when me and my boyfriend both worked shifts, we hardly ever saw each other. But now we both work daytime so much more time together 😊 hope you had a great movie? I love movies.

When I don't work I love drinking coffee and relax outside in nature and have my camera with me so I can take pictures at any chance I get.. Lol 😁 hanging with my family and listen to music.
