Worry is otherwise known as 'fantasised catastrophising' where we create an image of the future and use it to frighten ourselves! Be aware that we are doing it, then stop doing it, otherwise the image will become a self fulfilling prophesy. Imagine only the brightest future, and so it will be. Besides there is nothing to worry about... unless we are under the illusion that our well-being and security are dependent on material things. If they are, then we will have many ways in which we can create worry. Possible loss, damage, separation, uncertainty are but a few. Look, we're killing ourself with worry, all because of the misuse of our imagination. Let us stop doing this . One law of mind (LAW OF ATTRACTION) says if we are thinking negative we are attracting negative happenings in our life and in the reverse if we are thinking positive we are attracting positive happenings in our life.
