5 Tips to Wake Up Early (The fifth tip will surprise you!) - You better #3

in #blog5 years ago

I have spent most of my life suffering from the alarm clock, hating the ungrateful routine of having to get up early and delaying getting out of bed as long as I could. Now going a little fast for the present, nowadays I love waking up early, almost always waking up even before the alarm clock, achieving a productivity that I never thought of having and even feeling bad on weekends when I wake up later.

Have trouble getting up early? This article can help you!

Hello, how are you? My name is Cristian and today I will help you make the most of your day. This article is about how to wake up early and make it into habit.
This article even began to be made at 7 am this Saturday, right after I made a cake and coffee for myself while everyone was still sleeping.
And the first thing I need to say is that this article was made for those people who, like me, have their most productive time during their early hours.

# Tip 1: Place your alarm away from your bed

So the first question you should ask yourself is: What time of day are you most productive? Is it in the morning, afternoon or night? I for example, can do a task in the morning in 2 or 3 hours that would surely take longer than 6 in the evening. Now let's say you're not like most people and you're a morning person, but you still can't get up. At this point the best idea is to start understanding why you can't get up.

Imagine you are sleeping ... all the peace and quiet in the world, and here comes your alarm clock, disturbing your dream and saying you need to get up. But then you think: I can nap and go back to sleep, and so you do. Now the question, how do you make sure you can't nap without getting up? Keeping the alarm clock at a safe distance so you can't turn off how much you sound the alarm, and change the sound constantly, because the more you get used to a sound, the harder it gets to get up.

# Tip 2: Regulate how many hours you sleep by setting a sleeping time

Now imagine that you read this article and decided to put your cell phone away from your bed, at a distance you can still hear, but you put it to play at 7 am and because of TV shows, or some work you were on. doing, did you go to sleep at 3 am? Seriously, how do you think you'll be able to wake up well after resting so little? Planning for a good day begins the night before, when you decide when to sleep.

# Tip 3: Have a sleeping routine for the previous night

And since we're already talking about the importance of the night before, what can we do about it so we can get better, faster, and better sleep? The answer to this is a sleeping routine. Each one builds his own and I will give some tips here: Take a hot shower, drink hot milk, meditate, thank and visualize the good things that happened in your day.

Reduce the amount of illumination

Turning off all screens 30 minutes before bed, because all these TV screens, cell phones, computers, tell our brains that it's still bright, making it take longer to sleep. I also particularly use apps that make my screen on my computer and mobile phone darker at night, so that the light that disturbs sleep is greatly diminished. For the computer I use f.lux and for the android phone I use twilight (nightsfhift for IOS).

# Tip 4: Have a strong reason to wake up every day

Now let's be honest here: you may need to get up early to be more productive, put your phone away from you, sleep at the right time and do a whole better sleeping routine, but if you really want to stay longer, it won't be that article nor the tips I gave you that will make a difference. So what would make a difference? What makes the difference is answering the question: Why are you wanting to get up from bed sooner?

Have a motivation

If we look back and remember the days we did everything to get up early, let's have a great tip: it could be on our birthday, where we wanted to enjoy the day. Or on a big trip, where we were anxious for the good that could come, or it could also be for a bad reason, where you had to wake up hastily because someone had to go to the hospital or something.
What I mean is that for good or ill there are YES things that make you wake up no matter how early it is, so find your reason for waking up early every day, that's for sure the most effective way to get up early.

# Tip 5: If nothing works, appeal for Facebook post

So what I always do and tell people to do is always have two great motivations. One long term, which is a big goal in your life, and the other short term, which is yours or your closest goals. Goals such as wanting to have a healthy breakfast or reading 10 pages from a book will not work if you are not grounded in a big goal that really makes sense to you. But if all that I've said here still doesn't work out for you and your unconscious is pounding in your head saying you won't make it, there's still a formula that if you're whole with yourself, it's 100% effective and which will literally force you to wake up every day you want, unless you want to lose all your money.

And it works like this: Let's say you want to wake up at 6 am Monday through Friday, so you schedule a Facebook post for 15 minutes later saying the following sentence: “Anyone who replies to this post will earn $ 5, plus I will donate another $ 5 for a good cause. #howtogetupearly ”Simple as that! You will have 15 minutes to wake up and reschedule the message for the next day. If you are honest with yourself and do this act of courage, I am sure you will achieve this goal.

And these were 5 tips for you to wake up early, which will make you stop being the lazy person who only wakes up because you NEED to wake up, to the person who wakes up because you want to do something special in our brief and challenging life.
