Hello, welcome. Today I leave this short fragment, in which we will learn to identify when our smartphone may be presenting faults with the operating system, well let's start.
The main thing you should know about your equipment are the internal characteristics (components and capabilities) such as: Type of processor, manufacturer, RAM, storage memory and among other things, many of us think that with the simple fact to have a smartphone we can do what we want with it, well no! There are certain things that we must take into account, such as downloads, navigation, applications.
Now well, knowing this I can tell you that not all applications are designed for all versions of android, some have more memory consumption than others so I recommend not rushing when downloading applications.
Android applications are very happy and entertaining, mentioning social networks, filters for photos and more, but I tell you that most of these app can be harmful to your terminal (depending on the type of smartphone you have)
How to know if my team is not supporting an application?
The main cause is the detachment of the same.
With this our team is warning us that something is not right, so I recommend that if you get this message, the ideal is to uninstall the application. It often happens that we ignore the message and we open it again but forget that through the process in which it is executed, our team is consuming more resources than that application needs, which can cause a permanent failure in our team.
Well, since we are talking about applications, there is a common flaw which does not mean that our equipment is lost, it is the famous message "unfortunately the Process com.android.systemiu has stopped, but I have good news for you, this process is responsible for managing the interface of the smartphone, ie the graphics, and is affected when we install some Google update, be it Chrome, Google+, Drive, PlayStore.
the recommended thing to correct the error is to uninstall the google updates from the application manager in the phone settings and solve the problem.
My smartphone is very slow!
This is very common in the Android, if you notice that your phone is being placed slower as time goes by, it is reason to think that it may be presenting faults with the Operating System. This may be happening for different reasons:
-Little storage available.
- Heavy files, videos, images, Music.
-Virus by external downloads to Playstore.
-Applications with a lot of RAM consumption, such as games and applications that may be running in the background (antivirus).
-Smartphone exposed to high temperatures or humidity.
-Memory full cache.
The latter is the most important thing. Every time we run something, we watch a video, we open the messages, we surf the Internet and everything that starts on our phone is automatically stored in the cache, this can occupy up to 500MB on the device, which is quite space for a mid-range team.
The recommendation is to erase that cache memory from storage in phone settings.
In conclusion I could tell you that most of the operating system failures originate from unsafe downloads, viruses, and mainly the execution of many processes at the same time. (This does not apply to higher-end phones because they have better features in memory and processor).
Recommendation: Do not demand more of what you can give your smartphone to avoid possible failures in your equipment, a technical service in my country is expensive, so if you follow these tips I assure you that you would save a lot of money.
I hope you liked it, if you want to know even more about your smartphone, leave your comment and I will be publishing to clarify any doubts.
