I've been curious about what that class is like. I always hear the bass start thumping right after power yoga class ends at 7:30 and sometimes get curious and peek in at the class to see what's going on.
The studio has a very diverse range of classes and BUTI seems to be pretty popular based on the number of people I see waiting for class to start. I bet my wife would love that class if she had the time to go try it.
It is very fun and Definitely a different experience than more classical yoga classes. Sean and I joke that it is "pre-classical" as it's based on ancient human tribal social gatherings with drums and fire (candles), communion and connection through movement. Your wife would love it! And, students can wear whatever they want, but the BUTI culture supports and embraces minimal attire like bootie shorts and sports bras for the class. It's about not hiding...and u know I love that.
