Sorry I didn't respond straight away. I posted the blog and then had to visit a sick friend and when I got home we were without lights again. In about two weeks the cables were stolen three times. So it makes it hard to respond to comments straight away.
I was also worried that some folks would think this blog was too complex. So was please that you and others have enjoyed it. Thank you for your kind remarks.
