Unless you're a pretty technical blog then you need those 2: Creativity & Motivation. (In fact, even if you're a purely technical blog you still need some sort of creativity to fly)
Why though? If you lose 1 of those, your posts will struggle. It's already a struggle to begin with and it's just gonna get harder if you don't keep those 2 things afloat.
Here's what those two things does for your Steemit blog:

Posting if you lack creativity will make your post bland and may not attract readers at all. If you focus on being creative it can give your posts advantage in getting and retaining readers.
Having someone to read your post is a good achievement but having them go back to your blog from time to time because they like your content is the main goal. That makes them your 'followers'. It's best to keep an amazing set of organic readers/followers.
My advice is to never make your blog boring. Do this by being creative. Creativity isn't limited to art or visuals by the way. There are tons of aspects you can explore and apply onto your blogs.
Motivation

Are you too lazy to post? Can't post anything at all because lack of inspiration?
Well, motivation is what you need. Without this you won't really get anywhere and doing anything feels like a big chore/responsibility that you're gonna get too tired after completing.
We're here to blog and blogging requires motivation for the most part. Heck, anything requires you to be motivated to do it. Being demotivated will make you stop, even breathing if it's not an involuntary thing.
There are lots of advices from everywhere how you can be motivated to do things you need to do without it being much of a burden. Simply google "How to be motivated" and I'm sure you'll get numerous useful results.
Always make sure you have these two things in check every single day and if you think you're lacking on it, making a list would help you a lot. As soon as you think about something, jot it down without hesitation then review your notes at the end of the day.

Definitely two things you need for life not just in writing blogs.
I felt demotivated after my laptop broke but when I commented after several weeks of being offline, it all came flooding back - all the motivation and creativity. If anyone feels uncreative and unmotivated , just keep doing and writing and they'll just follow.
This is already a motivational post for me.....
At times, I get so lazy to blog because I feel people won't like it, but have come to realized that, being motivated can make you creative....

Correct, each is leg a leg - you need to propel the other one to move it to a position of winning, then the next step allows you keep moving forward - and you walk forward.
So creativity, allows for you be motivated, and then when you are motivated you can continue to be creative.
That's how I view it at least.
Actually you can only lose what you have, so I don't think I can lose creativity I can only gain it.
