It didn't take long for the community to jailbreak the Switch device. I've been seeing post from facebook about services to jailbreak your device including installations of games that you can fully update and play online with the said jailbreak.

For those who doesn't know what Jailbreak is, it's where one can install an unlicensed application into the device using an app. With this you don't need to purchased the app to be installed to your device, all you need is to copy it to your storage device and you can now enjoy the game for free. Of course console developers will eventually make a patch that will sometimes ban your device from their network making your device unable to play online.

For me, Jailbreaking was fun, until I realized that developers worked hard to give you a full working game for you to enjoy for months or days. But sometimes this isn't always about developers hard work. There are developers that releases crappy games. One of this is Bomberman R from the switch console. I bought the game because it was my childhood game from family console. After realizing there's no one playing the game online, I immediately regret my decision. Although you can play the game with more than four players, the game is limited to 6 planets I believe. The game was fun, but you can finish this game for one day because of the lack of stages. Sometimes it's good to have a demo for this kind of games, because we are also working hard to earn enough money to purchase their games.

If you are enjoying the game you've installed on a Jailbroken device, I strongly suggest that you purchase the game. By supporting the developers, you'll also supporting the game for future releases. I've played so many games back on PS and nintendo console, there's so many games that have died that I wanted to play again. Supporting the developers will encourage them to create a good continuation for the game you are enjoying.

If I am not wrong , if I have a console and I jailbreak it then I will loose warranty on the console?
@docmastery

It depends if you can revert back to the official firmware. If you manage to brick your device then all warranty will be void.

So what you say, should I do jailbreak or should not ?
@docmastery

No. It would void your warranty period from my experience. Generally there is a sticker that needs to be broken to open the shell and thus tampering would void your warranty. But anyways. Buying games and supporting developers is cool too.

Ok bro thanks. You really doing great job. Helping me a lot. Bless u
