I understand the nicotine in the caffeine. I quit smoking several times and yet I find myself still a smoker. I stopped smoking weed for a while because it made me impatient. Remember one time I quit smoking, I must have literally eaten 30 packs of gum in a week. Yet it worked. That time a quit for over a year. It's weird how we get wrapped up in our own habits. Like the saying goes, " It's easy to start dieting after a big meal."
