Relevancy: Is it relevant to your niche? Yes, Good! If your site is about mobile, the backlink from cooking will be irrelevant.
Authority: Does it have high DA/PA? Check does it have good following on social media.
Backlinks from websites with real traffic. Does it get real traffic? Check with Similarweb.
Backlinks from sites that are performing well in search engines. If Google loves the site, it means it will love your site too if you get a backlink from that site.
