it is abuse. and yes you can make other accounts and waste your money trying to downvote for revenge, but those accounts will be flagged too [since downvtoting for malicious reasons unrelated to the post is also looked down upon on steemit] also the whole name calling to try and get your way like a child. be an adult please <3
