Here are some pictures that I have created with the help of artificial intelligence and are supposed to represent the Italian explorer of the American continent Christopher Columbus (1451 - 1506). His goal was to travel to Asia in 1492 and on his way to India, which was then still called the eastern part of Asia, he was the first to discover the American continent and his exploration quickly spread after his arrival in Europe and he stationed an example and some seafarers quickly followed his discovery. The reason he wanted to travel to Asia at that time was to bring new raw materials such as spices, porcelain, vegetables, fruit and others to Europe and even then the people already knew that there could be interesting things to discover, but this area was considered very dangerous and a trip there was associated with many hurdles. At that time, the Spanish royal family became aware of Columbus and decided to promote his discoveries and in return he should hand over the discovered lands to the Spanish crown and he was appointed deputy king, in addition he agreed that when the discovered raw materials were traded that the Spanish crown should receive a commission. Columbus was to take over the strategic leadership at that time and if his goal was to be fulfilled, he was also responsible for making plans how many soldiers or raw materials were necessary to bring the continent under Spanish rule and Spain provided him with the crew at that time and with some ships he set off.

He quickly discovered some islands on which they were received friendly and some time later he undertook further explorations and at that time he thought all the time that it had to be the Asian continent and India and that's why the natives are also called Indians. On his return, he told the crown about his experiences and undertook more and more trips with more ships and an even larger crew to discover the continent and not by all he was received friendly and so there were some battles between the natives and the Spanish troops. Despite the many negative experiences, he continued to discover new colonies for Spain and over time he found more and more new things such as gold, silver, spices, plants, gemstones and many more and also trade increased more and the European continent benefited greatly from the new discoveries. Later he died in Spain and his appearance is still puzzled to this day and there are many different traditions about him and before he received support from Spain at that time he was also in other countries such as England, Portugal and France, but none of them believed in him until the Spanish crown supported him. Columbus was considered very religious and saw himself at that time as a representative of God and his ships also bore mostly names which were shaped by religion and to this day Columbus has a high status in art and is depicted in numerous paintings.
