Hey everyone, I would like to welcome you to my new post and hope you had a fabulous start to the new week! In this article I would like to talk about art and hope you are able to expand your knowledge a bit.
Art is often more than one would like to assume at first glance and in every work there is often a whole story that is more far-reaching than the visible things and it is a possibility to speak without words and as a means of expression in this case tools are used which can vary depending on the art form. Everyone sees something different in art and some simply have the goal of letting their thoughts run free and unfolding creativity while others see it as a medium to reflect their emotions or experiences that they made in their lifes and works of art say a lot about the artist's psyche and by looking at paintings, it is often possible to learn a lot about the interior of the artist. Some use art as a place of retreat where they can pack their thoughts undisturbed and this happens quite subliminally while others express their messages obviously and this can refer to criticism of certain topics without directly attacking others. A good example is expressionism in which artists have often picked up things that have changed due to industrialization and criticize them and the goal is of course to warn against certain topics and also in other cultures, you can see how art was used as a language to express certain concerns or to express criticism as in Africa with the colonial figures where it was about criticizing the colonial rulers without attacking them violently. Other artists used works of art to send hidden messages and this could already be seen with the alchemists of the Middle Ages where works of art were created which were often based on mythology and this was seen as was a way to hide recipes or other messages so that only the one who had the right key could decipher them. Art offers countless possibilities to express symbolism and this can be based on the technology such as certain colors, shapes or motifs which are associated with certain meanings and even if one can consider the language behind art as diverse and individually, it is interesting to go into a little more detail on the topic.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you could learn something new about art! I captured these pictures with my Camera Sony Alpha 6000 plus 55-210 mm lens.
Hello, it's a pleasure to come here and read you. Art, like literature, reflects the inner world of the artist, it is a universal language. That's what I consider.
You said that well :) I’m glad you appreciate my contribution!
