Every negative moment must be replaced by positive moments and those moments are everywhere we just have to go for them since any person shares with a lot of friends or special people for them, therefore, the good moments are the ones we should miss to be able to repeat them daily if necessary.
I like to turn my mind into a recorder or video recorder of pleasant moments for me, if those that I share with people that I appreciate a lot and they appreciate me, if we do not share these moments we will be empty inside and even worse attracting all those unpleasant moments for us.
When we understand that the good moments are like the air we breathe, then we will take care to carry them out more often, otherwise we could suffocate in the same way when we stop breathing, many people fail to understand this and we notice them lost and without knowing where they are going.
The good moments call for other moments of equal positivity and with more of this encouraging element for our self-esteem, one day I got a very sad friend and this stopped me to talk to him and I quickly noticed that he was trapped in a series of negative moments which I managed to get him out of all these thoughts.
We achieve nothing by trapping ourselves in sad moments, we must understand that our mission is to have the best time possible while we are alive, since we are not going to take anything with us, and that is something we must always be very clear about, and it is something I try not to forget.
