That is heart breaking. That is why I never went after higher degree than just an A.S. I didn’t want the debt and was not happy with how limited intake the higher programs I want where.

It is a bit silly the required amount of education that is often required even when you never would have used it in the first place. That is just the issue in our society to many over qualified people all trying race to the top. Instead of merit being a huge factors it’s who you know.

I’ve had some family try and go into health care. By the time they got around to those heavy limited restricted classes where only a couple of people got in they did not. The schools where more then happy to “help” them find another field within health care as long as they went and took more classes they would now need to meet requirements to get into those restricted classes classes as well.

Yeah I understand not oversaturating the job market or whatever but at some point we gotta set that aside and realize that we are losing out on allot of people by making it so unobtainable
