I love you, forever

in #blog7 years ago

Those three words we're all waiting for. Desperately. As proof that we are not alone. As evidence that our feelings are divided. Over time, these words have been transformed and only one way to reassure oneself and the other, so much so that their original meaning has been forgotten. Love. The love you have for someone. Saying "I love you" to someone shouldn't call an answer. When a relationship is stable, you should tell someone you love it because you feel it at that moment. And not feel compelled to answer when told. Today answering a "I love you" in a couple has become an automatism. So much so that we forget to enjoy the pleasure of these few words, coming out of the mouth of the person who matters most to us.

Love consumes itself softly, patiently and consciously.

Receiving someone's love brings infinite happiness if you take the time to receive and appreciate it, without trying to end this exchange by sending an automatic reply.

Good point Eryk! The right words come in the flow, but they are not standardized ;-)
