Post-Pregnancy workout

Becomming a mom is one of the most beautiful feeling, This is the human act since a long time ago.

All the respect for women that they resist on the pregnancy period and the hard moments of giving birth(its one of the most hurting moments...)

After becomminng a mom, ofcourse there is another important step to do that is trying to get back in shape and increase some muscles such as the belly part.
so there are some important exercices:

Note: dont not do a very hight intensity exercices with using weights, I mean the first period with just the body weight is enough, as you know this famous sentence : step by step.
